Sound Enterprises to acquire Rad Services
Sound Enterprises (Norcross, GA) and Rad Services (Gainesville, GA) announced today that Sound Enterprises will acquire privately held Rad Services; the transaction should be completed in February 2010.
Rad Services is a strategic addition to Sound Enterprises' IT support business. The acquisition will extend Sound Enterprises' support capabilities and increase the company's client base. Sound Enterprises will build upon Rad Services' customer relationships by maintaining its proactive strategy and managed services approach to service delivery.
