Sound Enterprises partners with Idhasoft to deploy Oracle RAC 11g for EDMC
Sound Enterprises has partnered with Idhasoft to deploy Oracle Real Application Clusters 11g for Education Management Corporation (EDMC) in its Pittsburgh location. That RAC implementation will support the deployment of Oracle Universal Content Management by Idhasoft for the Enterprise.
Education Management Corporation is among the largest providers of private post-secondary education in North America, based on student enrollment and revenue, with 96 locations in 30 U.S. States and Canada. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Education Management employs approximately 19,000 full-time, part-time and adjunct faculty and staff and over 136,000 students as of October 2009.
